4-Minute Morning Abs Routine to Jumpstart Your Day – No Gym Required!

How to Do It:

Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat the entire circuit twice for maximum effect!


1. Glute Bridge

1️⃣ Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
2️⃣ Lift your hips off the ground, forming a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
3️⃣ Hold at the top, then slowly lower your body back down.
✅ Complete 20 seconds of work.


2. V-Sit Crunch

1️⃣ Start by lying flat on the floor with your arms extended overhead.
2️⃣ In one fluid motion, lift your legs and upper body simultaneously, reaching your hands toward your feet.
3️⃣ Aim to balance on your glutes and get your hands as close to your feet as possible. Then return to the starting position.

3. Up-Down Plank

1️⃣ Start in a full plank position on your hands.
2️⃣ Lower your right forearm to the mat, followed by your left, so you’re in a forearm plank.
3️⃣ Push back up to the starting position, one arm at a time.

4. Superman
