It is very important not to stay on this diet for more than three days. If you want to follow it for 10 days, then after the first three days you should eat normally for four days with less than 2000 calories a day and not eat sugar and white flour products. Then repeat the diet for three more days. If you are taking vitamins, take them at night, because taking them in the morning will increase your appetite.
You can drink tea as much as you like, but be careful with coffee because it can adversely affect the blood sugar level that will result in a decrease in energy and fatigue that can discourage you from sticking to the diet.
