The most common signs and symptoms of the overwhelming majority of the estrogen problem:
1. Weight gain
If you have a hormonal imbalance, your body may gain weight regardless of what kind of food you eat. A disadvantage or excess of the production of certain hormones can cause the body to retain fat and lose muscle mass.
For example, high levels of estrogen, cortisol, or low testosterone insulin may lead to fat storage in the stomach.
2. New lumps in the breast
Changing the size of the chest is one of the most serious signs of problems in the body. A sudden decrease in estrogen levels affects the moisture and elasticity of the skin. This is why breasts can lose shape, volume, and change in size.
According to the National Cancer Institute, breast changes occur very rarely and for most of the time, such changes have nothing to do with cancer. This occurs only because of hormonal changes or menopause.
