Tasty Homemade Chips
|Ingredients:
• 500g potatoes
• 5 tablespoons cooking oil
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 tablespoons salt
Preparation:
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Place in a large bowl and pour cold water onto them. Let them stand for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 230 Celsius. Drain the water from the potatoes and dry them with a towel. Use a pan and coat it with baking paper. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer, not over one another. Sprinkle them with a little bit of oil and put them to bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until they darken in color and become crispy. Once they are baked sprinkle with vinegar and salt.
